This promotion solidifies TCS’s dedication to creating a comprehensive executive team that can successfully manage all aspects of business and foundational leadership for continuing growth into the future.

Luna has been with TCS since 2014—originally as a Program Manager, then Manager of Finance. In addition to handling the oversight of day-to-day finance activities, Luna’s new role as Director of Finance makes him an integral part of the financial planning and management process at TCS; he will now work directly with the executive team.

Regarding his new role, Luna explains, “When I look at the landscape of care management and the role of technology and TCS’s solutions, I am confident that TCS has tremendous opportunity for significant growth in the coming years.  TCS continues its important mission to provide tools for health plans and self-insured organizations to improve health care and improve efficiencies.”

Prior to joining TCS, Luna was a Senior Consultant with Red Hill Consulting Group, specializing in helping small businesses across several industries to develop strong business plans, financial discipline and sales and marketing activities.   He received his MBA from the Foster School of Business and is an adjunct instructor at William Jessup University.
