RadSite™, the leading provider of assessment and accreditation services in the imaging industry, has appointed Michael Bubel director of business operations.  Bubel has extensive experience developing processes to streamline organizations.

“My goal is to continue to develop RadSite as a professional organization that is making a difference in our clients’ lives,” says Bubel. As director of operations, he will supervise a wide range of RadSite offerings, from client services to the company’s assessment and attestation processes.

Specifically, Bubel will oversee RadSite’s call center, along with the daily operations associated with the RadSite Assessment Program (RAP), which was founded in 2005.  The RAP standards certify imaging providers and their imaging systems pursuant to national benchmarks in an effort to promote quality, safety and business efficiency practices.  The quality-driven program covers the full range of imaging modalities in all clinical settings.

“We are excited to have Mr. Bubel join the RadSite team,” says Garry Carneal, RadSite president and CEO. “He brings to the table a tremendous amount of knowledge in the business processes arena, which will be a valuable asset to RadSite as we work to achieve our future goals.”

Bubel was previously associate director of implementation at VALIC, where he spent his time working with new and existing clients. The Texas-based company provides third-party administrative services for retirement plans.  He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
