RadSite™, a leading provider of assessment and accreditation services in the imaging industry, announces that Elizabeth Ivey has joined the team as director of sales and marketing. A 12-year veteran of the health care industry, Ivey spent the past four years at HealthHelp, RadSite’s parent company.
“As RadSite’s new sales and marketing director, Elizabeth’s years of experience in the health care industry will strengthen our efforts to promote quality and cost-reduction in imaging services,” says Garry Carneal, RadSite president. “She will be a true asset as we expand our marketing, branding, and sales activities to ensure those in the health care industry, as well as consumers, are aware of RadSite’s important mission.”
Highlights of Ivey’s health care career include leading sales teams to produce results and land multi-million dollar accounts.
“I’m thrilled to be a part of an accreditation organization like RadSite, which presents me with an opportunity to improve patient safety and quality practices across the United States,” Ivey states. She says one of the reasons she accepted the position was the opportunity to work with RadSite’s expanding volunteer network of committee volunteers. “I am excited to be working with all members of the RadSite team, who represent many different stakeholder interests.”
Prior to joining RadSite, Ivey served as director of sales and marketing at HealthHelp and before that as a regional manager for Clinical Pathology Laboratories, an independent laboratory services company based in Austin, TX. She holds a Bachelor’s in International Studies from Texas A&M University.
“I’ve worked extensively with Elizabeth over the past two years, finding her to be professional, dedicated and dynamic,” says Mark Hiatt, MD, MBA, MS, chair of RadSite’s Accreditation Committee. “She knows how to build bridges both within our company and with clients; she will be an asset to the RadSite team.”
