New Date Set for Webinar on Population Health Improvements through Case Management Intervention

The session, “How Care Management Interventions Can Improve Health: An Examination of Trends, Solutions and Outcomes,” will highlight emerging practices in the care management field that promote better clinical and financial outcomes. Speakers will address these practices and other value-based purchasing programs that provider systems are deploying to generate shared savings.

The complimentary webinar, scheduled for January 28, 2014, at 12:00 p.m. ET, will be led by two population health thought leaders from TCS Healthcare Technologies: Deborah Keller, RN, BSN, director of client services; and Pat Stricker, RN, MEd, senior vice president of clinical services. About the Speakers:

Deborah Keller, RN, BSN, director of client services, TCS Healthcare Technologies

Ms. Keller has extensive experience in the case management arena, previously serving is vice president of managed care for a correctional healthcare vendor servicing over 300,000 inmates and serving as director of clinical services for a health plan with five lines of business including Medicare and Medicaid overseeing utilization management, prior authorization, maternal/child health, quality, case and disease management and concurrent review. Other notable professional milestones include managing utilization management within a Fortune 500 health plan to implement the first fully integrated medical and behavioral health program in Tennessee’s history.

Pat Stricker, RN, MEd, senior vice president of clinical services, TCS Healthcare Technologies

Ms. Stricker has over 25 years’ experience working in a variety of health care settings with physicians and clients. Her in-depth knowledge of the health care system and clinical systems has led her to a variety of consultant roles, including process improvement initiatives, implementation of the first utilization management program in Puerto Rico, conducting in-depth health plan assessments on utilization management and case management programs, implementing nurse triage programs, and developing clinical content and care plans for case management, disease management and wellness programs.
